Placing a dental clinic with all dental installations in a predominantly commercial building using existing penetrations through reinforced concrete beams was a real challenge. The main issue was to route the drainage installation with the correct slope using existing openings, all to achieve the best possible view of Tvrđa from the position of the dental chair.
