REGULATORY APPROVALS
Before construction can begin, we ensure that all necessary regulatory approvals and permits are obtained. This includes building permits and zoning approvals.
CONTRACTOR SELECTION
Selecting the right contractors is crucial for the successful execution of the project. Our process includes bid evaluation and contract negotiations.
PROJECT COMPLETION AND HANDOVER
Upon completion of construction, we ensure the project is ready for use. This includes final inspections, handover and post-completion suppport.
We are also doing post - occupancy evaluation because we don’t abandon our project after is over.
That includes client feedback and performance review which is very important to us.
